Dear Studio Owner / Instructor:

Cost for the “Springs” in the Spring Showcase and Dance, April 27, 2008, is as follows:

· All instructors performing will receive free entry.

· All showcase entries will be $ 30 per entry.

· All formation entries will be $10 per person.

· All performers must also purchase a ticket to the event at $20 per ticket.

· Catered food and drinks are included in ticket price for all attending.

The doors will open at 10 a.m. for practice and the showcase will start at approx. 11 a.m.. General dancing will be mixed in during the event. The approximate time of the last showcase will be 3:45 p.m.....depending on the number of entries.

There will also be a professional videographer at the event for those who want video of their performances. Cost will be $35 and includes shipping. If no shipping is needed ...we will subtract $5 from the cost. As a courtesy to the professionals, no personal video will be allowed in the ballroom. Students who perform more than once will be charged only $20 per extra video.
